  2. Line Item is Existing Catalog Item

    Would love to see an identifier of some sort that indicates that a Line Item in a PO is already in the catalog. Currently, I have to have a second window open to type in the SKU in Item Management to see if I already have it in the catalog. If it is isn't, then I have to add it. Right now, on Fridays, I currently go through each PO placed that week (often over 20) and have to enter each item in to see if we have it in the catalog, then add it, if not. It would be awesome if it is identified right there in the PO that it is an existing catalog item. And if it isn't, then implementing my other posted idea of being able to create a catalog item straight from the PO. There is just to much extra work to get these added in.

  11. Use custom invoice forms for OCR attachments

    You can now use custom invoice forms added in your company when creating standalone and order-based invoices from OCR-processed attachments. When creating documents from attachments on the AP Inbox page, select the necessary form using a drop-down menu.   12. Edit documents on the go with Precoro mobile

    Editing functionality in the mobile app will help you adapt to changing needs and correct errors without hassle. It’s now available in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Receipts, and Expenses. Simply open a document you need to change, click the More Options menu at the top right, click Edit and enter the new data. If you're not using the Precoro mobile app yet, download it now on Google Play and App Store to stay in control of your procurement processes wherever you are.   13. Match OCR-processed credit notes with precision

  14. Flexibly assign initiators for auto-created invoices

    When you configure how OCR-recognized invoices are auto-created, you can choose to assign the related order issuers as initiators.   15. Fill out custom fields conveniently with better option sorting

    The Sort Options by setting you select when configuring custom document and item fields now affects more than the field’s configuration page. The options will also be sorted according to this rule for the following actions: Document creation, including documents based on previously created ones.Document editing.Filtering in document lists and reports.
