Size limits on attachments to POs
Currently there is a size limit of 25 MB on attachments to POs in Precoro. We need to include larger file sizes and spend time on dividing original files to make them fit with the limitation in Precoro. This causes additional manual work that can be omitted by increasing the size limit in Precoro.

To add credit note regardless of invoice status
We’ve been using Precoro for nearly two years and have previously raised this issue. Currently, credit notes can only be added when an invoice is in fully approved status. This setup causes issues because credit notes are usually needed when an error or mismatch is identified — meaning the invoice is not yet approved. At the moment, we have to ask approvers to approve invoices that contain known errors just so we can attach the related credit note, which isn’t an ideal process. We would appreciate it if the system allowed credit notes to be added at any stage of the invoice workflow. For example, we recently raised a PO for 15 items. The supplier delivered only 5, which were receipted. However, the supplier invoiced all 15 and later issued a credit note for the 10 undelivered items. Because the invoice is still in “Pending Receipt” status, we can’t add the credit note and the whole transaction is blocked. Allowing credit notes regardless of status would help us correct quantity discrepancies and resolve PO/invoice mismatches much more efficiently. Thank you for considering this improvement.

Duplicate Checking in AP Inbox OCR
The system currently does not check for duplicates among other incoming OCR attachments in the AP Inbox; it only checks against actual invoices that were already created. Proposing that the system checks incoming OCR attachments to against all documents in the system (including AP inbox items) to identify duplicates earlier.

Payment Date Filter for Expense Reports
Please add a Payment Date Filter for Expense Reports. This would be the same as the invoice payment date filter. This will allow reviewers to look at what expenses were paid on what date, to make approving payment easier.

Unified process for replacing deactivated approvers
Before you deactivate a user, see every approval flow and step they're part of, right from their user settings page. Replace them there, or jump straight to the flow to choose someone new, so approval configurations never silently break.

Add Payment Reference Number and Payment Method
On the payment screen, the only options to select are the payment date and amount. To give us the ability to sync to our ERP system, we need to have the payment method (eg. EFT, ACH, Wire, Check, etc) and payment reference number (batch #, check #, etc). This will help with audit trail and finding payment references when required.

Purchase Order - print order
Currently items are printed in the order they were entered in the purchase order. I would like to see to ability to reorder them in alphabetical or by location code.

Allow emojis to be used in the comments field across all document types in Precoro.
Currently, the comments function does not support emojis. Adding emoji support would be a low-effort quality of life improvement that makes internal communication within documents slightly faster and more expressive. A thumbs up, checkmark, or flag can convey acknowledgement or urgency more efficiently than a typed response, particularly for approvers leaving brief reactions on routine documents. This would benefit all users who use the comments function as a lightweight communication tool alongside the formal approval workflow.

Shopping list for mobile app
We're planning to add a shopping list feature so you can save frequently requested items. When creating a purchase requisition, you’ll be able to select from that list instead of entering details manually each time.

Budget display
For better clarity, we hope to see that 'Available Amount' can be changed to 'Available Amount after PO Approval' as users tend to get confused that the available amount is the amount balance before the current PO they are raising. Thank you.

Controlling which fields are printed (visible or invisible) on a PO
Would it be possible to make the following fields on the PO optional for printing and controllable (visible vs invisible) by user? Status (PO approval status)Creation Date (date when PO was originally created)Approval Date (date when final approver approves the PO)Delivery Date (expected date for goods / services to be delivered by supplier) Thank you!
